Itinerary/Details

Day 1 - Anchorage/Seward/Fox Island

Travel by rail to Seward for a connection to exclusive Fox Island for an Alaska salmon bake lunch an an afternoon of optional activities. Book an exciting sea kayaking trip into Resurrection Bay, aka "whale territory". After dinner, prepared by gourmet chef, enjoy a National Park Ranger talk this evening.

 

Day 2 - Fox Island/Seward

After a hearty, hot breakfast you’ll depart this morning on the Northwestern Fjord Tour. As you explore, you’ll have a chance to view marine wildlife, cascading waterfalls and many glaciers along the way. Return to Seward this evening for your overnight at the Seward Windsong Lodge.

 

Day 3 - Seward

This morning, travel along the Resurrection River toward Exit Glacier as your guide provides narration about the topography, vegetation and natural habitats surrounding a glacial environment. A walk to the overlook will give you the chance to see the glacier up close! 

 

Day 4 - Seward

Complete your Seward trip with an included pass to the Alaska SeaLife Center for an unrivaled, up-close and personal experience with Gulf of Alaska marine wildlife. Witness a 2000+ pound Steller sea lion gliding past underwater viewing windows, puffins diving in a carefully crafted naturalistic habitat.

 

Day 5 - Seward/Anchorage

The day is yours to explore with a variety of optional excursions. Choose from Lowell Point Kayaking, Deep Sea Fishing, Sled Dog Kennel visit or an exciting Helicopter tour that will land you atop a Glacier for a Dog Sledding adventure like no other! Head back to Anchorage this evening by rail.
