Meet & Greet Service

Most independent driving tours offered by Explore Tours include this service. A meet and greet representative will welcome you upon arrival in Anchorage, review your itinerary, and answer any questions you may have. From there, your independent adventure begins!

Please note: if you are requesting a customized itinerary and booking tour, hotel and activities a la carte, the cost for Meet & Greet is not automatically included. If you'd like to book this service, you'll need to request to add to your package.

Tour Documentation

All independent tours offered by Explore Tours include a comprehensive document package to help you on your way. Your packet includes maps, brochures, necessary confirmation information, travel vouchers, and a detailed itinerary summarizing your tour components. With pre-arranged lodging and activities, you receive the benefits of a packaged tour experience, with all of the flexibility of an independent vacation.

Note: Travel information, driving instructions and other documentation will only be provided for services booked by Explore Tours.

After Hours Assistance

While our representatives do not accompany on your driving or rail tour, if you have any questions throughout your journey, you can reach our office toll free while traveling within Alaska (1-800-523-7405) during our regular office hours. We also provide an after hours emergency telephone. This contact number will be provided with your final documents.
