Day 1 • Anchorage
Arrive in Anchorage where you will be met by a representative from Explore Tours who will review your travel documents with you and answer any questions you may have. Pick up your rental car and overnight in Alaska’s largest city, Anchorage.

Day 2 • Anchorage/Talkeetna/Denali
Drive north to Talkeetna (approximately 2.5 hours, 112 miles, 180 km) for a scenic jetboat safari along the Susitna and Talkeetna Rivers. After your jetboat tour, continue north and overnight near the Denali National Park entrance (approximately 3 hours, 151 miles, 243 km).

Day 3 • Denali National Park
Spend the day (6-8 hours) exploring Denali National Park on the Tundra and Wildlife Tour. During this fully narrated excursion you may see bear, moose, caribou, Dall sheep, and a variety of other wildlife. Overnight near the Denali National Park entrance.

Day 4 • Denali/Fairbanks
Depart Denali and continue your journey on an enjoyable drive to Fairbanks (approximately 3 hours, 125 miles, 201 km). Sightsee through Alaska’s Interior and keep an eye out for wildlife and photographic opportunities along the way. Overnight in Fairbanks.

Day 5 • Fairbanks
Enjoy a free day exploring Fairbanks. You may wish to visit Pioneer Park or take an optional tour. Overnight in Fairbanks.

Day 6 • Fairbanks/Tok
Drive to Tok (approximately 5.5 hours, 206 miles, 331 km), also known as the "Main Street to Alaska." Overnight in Tok.

Day 7 • Tok/Dawson City
Continue your drive to Dawson City (approximately 3.5 hours, 150 miles, 241 km) along the "Top of the World" highway and into Canada. Overnight in Dawson City.

Day 8 • Dawson City
Spend a free day in Dawson City exploring this historic Klondike gold rush town. Optional tours include gold panning excursions and Diamond Tooth Gertie’s. Overnight in Dawson City.

Day 9 • Dawson City/Whitehorse
Enjoy a scenic day driving to Whitehorse (approximately 7.5 hours, 327 miles, 526 km). Spend your evening relaxing or participate in an optional evening tour. Overnight in Whitehorse.

Day 10 • Whitehorse/Skagway
Tour Whitehorse on your own before driving to Skagway (approximately 3 hours, 110 miles, 177 km). Drop off your rental car at the Avis office in Skagway this evening. Overnight in Skagway.

Day 11 • Skagway/Juneau
Fly out of Skagway and into Juneau. Upon arrival in Juneau, transfer to your hotel and just relax or take an optional city tour before enjoying an authentic Alaska salmon bake this evening. Overnight in Juneau.

Day 12 • Juneau/Glacier Bay
Take a shuttle north out of Juneau to Auke Bay and board the ferry (new schedule, does not depart daily) or a flight to Gustavus. After a brief stop in Gustavus, spend the afternoon aboard the ferry on the Icy Straits Whale Watching and Wildlife Cruise. Return to Gustavus where you will meet a local representative for transfer to your lodge. Overnight in Gustavus.

Day 13 • Glacier Bay/Anchorage
Spend your day on a full-day boat tour of Glacier Bay National Park (includes lunch on board). Return to Gustavus for your flight to Juneau and connection with your scheduled flight to Anchorage. Upon arrival in Anchorage, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Anchorage.

Day 14 • Anchorage
Enjoy a free day sightseeing in Anchorage, or take an optional tour. Overnight in Anchorage.

Day 15 • Anchorage
End of tour.

Meet and assist upon arrival, hotel accommodations (in Anchorage, Denali, Fairbanks, Tok, Dawson City, Whitehorse, Skagway, Juneau and Glacier Bay (meals are included at Glacier Bay's Bear Track Inn), hotel transfers in Juneau and Glacier Bay, Tundra & Wildlife tour in Denali, Denali Park entrance fees, Salmon Bake in Juneau, Glacier Bay National Park cruise (including lunch), air transportation (between Skagway, Juneau, Anchorage and Glacier Bay).
