Itinerary/Details
Day 1 Anchorage Arrival
Arrive into Anchorage, Alaska’s largest City. Hotel courtesy transfer provided to the hotel. Overnight Anchorage.
Day 2 Denali
Guided tour from Anchorage to Denali National Park on the Parks Highway. Along the route, watch for wildlife and the spectacular Knik and Matanuska Rivers. Overnight Denali.
Day 3 Denali
Travel deep into Denali National Park and search the pristine wilderness for bear, moose, caribou and Dall sheep. This six to eight hour journey is narrated allowing for insight into the animals, flora and fauna of this spectacular region. Overnight Denali.
Day 4 Anchorage
Board the world famous Alaska Railroad for a day trip to Anchorage. As you travel along the Susitna River, you may catch a glimpse of the majestic Mt. McKinley or a black bear along the banks. Overnight Anchorage.
Day 5 Anchorage
Enjoy a city tour of Anchorage including a visit to the Alaska Native Heritage Center, a gathering place that celebrates and shares Alaska Native culture. An Alaskan style dinner will be served tonight. Overnight Anchorage.
Day 6 Seward
Board the motorcoach as you tour south along the scenic Turnagain Arm to the port community of Seward, the gateway to the Kenai Fjords National Park. Once in Seward, tour the Alaska SeaLife Center. Overnight Seward.
Day 7 Seward/Girdwood
Cruise into the Kenai Fjords National Park to view marine wildlife and glaciers. After the cruise, travel north to the community of Girdwood, home of Mt. Alyeska. Take the tram up to the top of Mt. Alyeska and keep an eye out for wildlife, glaciers and views of the Alaska Range, Kenai Mountains, Chugach Mountains and Cook Inlet. Overnight Alyeska.
Day 8 Anchorage Departure
Your adventure comes to an end with two schedules transfers to the Anchorage International Airport.
