Your Guide
Laurent Dick, widely published professional photographer, wilderness guide and author of several photo books. Laurent lived in Nome for several years and is intimately familiar with the town in general and Iditarod week in particular. He speaks English, French and German fluently.
Group Size
A small group size of 10 participants allows for an authentic winter adventure to experience and be part of a unique Alaska event. There will also be plenty of time for individual exploration and personal downtime.
Means of Travel
We will mostly travel by van and on foot, but we will also have the opportunity to mush a dog team, drive a snowmachine and fly in a small plane.
