Alyeska Glacier Alpine Hike

Available from 15th June, 2018 to 17th September, 2018.

Begin your adventure with an aerial tram ride up the country’s longest double black diamond ski slope – giving you a great head start! From the top of Mt. Alyeska, it’s an easy to moderate hike along the ridgeline, boasting views of several hanging glaciers, the Chugach Mountains, and stunning Turnagain Arm. Once you arrive at the glacier, gear up for an intro to glacier trekking atop Alyeska Glacier! Ages 10 and up are welcome! Tour Duration: Approximately 4 hours

Historic Iditarod Trail

Known as “Crow Pass” to locals, this challenging trek is for the more experienced hiker. This trail provides stunning vantage points of glaciers, the Chugach Mountain Range, and local flora and fauna along the way. While challenging, this outing definitely pays off, and will prove to be a highlight of your Alaskan adventure! Ages 9 and up are welcome!  Tour Duration: Full day; exact time will vary based on group ability

Spencer Glacier Iceberg Hike

Take a ride on the Alaska Railroad through Portage Valley, and arrive at the Spencer Whistle Stop. Enjoy a scenic hike along the shores of Spencer Lake – named for the glacier that calls this valley home. Hike along the lake’s edge with your guide – fish icebergs out of the lake, learn about local flora and fauna, and more!
